Brief

  • Total aesthetic renovation
  • Internal re-modelling and redesign
  • First floor side extension
  • Rear extension

Bio: The clients presented Peter Dickinson Architects with an incredibly interesting design brief which created numerous responses and possibilities. The client wished to being new life into their existing home with new elevation materials, carefully crafted extensions and a re-model of the ground floor layout.

Peter Dickinson Architects designed three extensions to the property, along with a complete elevational transformation which left the property almost unrecognisable. Rear extensions allowed the main living space to become an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which benefited from large areas of glazing allowing natural light to illuminate the space. A first floor extension was constructed over the existing flat roof garage which transformed one of the existing bedrooms into a spacious master suite, with a dressing room, walk in wardrobe and en-suite.

Peter Dickinson Architects have taken great pride in this project and have warm appreciation for the clients who wished to explore unique design solutions and modern materials.
