Brief
Bio: The proposed development was to construct a single modern detached family dwelling in a prestigious Conservation Area in Liverpool. The brief provided by the client including modern living spaces, both open plan and private.
The main consideration for this project was that the site was located within a Conservation Area with strict design rules and guidelines. The new dwelling had to be modern in appearance and materiality, but be sympathetic to the immediate setting and meeting the specific criteria of the Planning and Conservation Officers.
