- Create concept proposals for residential, commercial and community developments.
Bio: Peter Dickinson Architects have been employed for a number of years to develop proposals for the future use of the East Quarry site in Appley Bridge, Wigan. The uses vary but are primarily residential with various community amenities, such as community centre, restaurant and supermarket.
The site has Outline Planning subject to a Section 106 Agreement for the potential development strategies.
